Membership

Would you like to become a member of Herndon Camp Meeting Association?  We would love to have you. Simply fill out the form below and we will be happy to mail you an application. 

Application Procedure

The procedure for becoming a member of the Herndon Campmeeting Association is as follows:

- Fill out the form below and we will email you an application and Statement of Faith.

- Complete the application and sign the Statement of Faith and return them to the address that accompanies the form, along with a letter of recommendation from the pastoral staff of your church.

- You will be contacted by the board secretary to set up a date to be interviewed by the board.

- Go to your interview on the date and time agreed upon.  (Don't be nervous, these are usually a lot of fun.)

- After the interview, the board will meet and go over your application and discuss your interview and then notify you if you were approved on not. (Usually you will know that same day.)

- If approved, pay your $25.00 annual fee for membership.
