The procedure for becoming a member of the Herndon Campmeeting Association is as follows:

- Fill out the form below and we will mail you an application.

- Complete the application and return it to the address that accompanies the form.

- You will be contacted by the board secretary to set up a date to be interviewed by the board.

- Go to your interview on the date and time agreed upon.  (Don't be nervous, these are usually a lot of fun.)

- After the interview, the board will meet and go over your application and discuss your interview and then notify you if you were approved on not. (Usually you will know that same day.)

- If approved, pay your $25.00 annual fee for membership.
